I teach a variety of styles from Muayoga, combing the art of Muay Thai with the mobility and restorative movement found through yoga, to seated and floor based classes designed for those with mobility limitations.

Where ever you are at in your journey, my intention is that you will be comfortable and supported in your practice with me.

Prices
Group classes:
Pay as you go and drop in start from £12.00 for an hour.
Buy a block 4 classes from £40 to use within 6 weeks - use them or lose them!
Private sessions start from £55 for an hour at the studio.
Workshops are priced for the course.

Practice Menu

Muayoga

Combine the techniques, cardio, strength and conditioning of the art of Muay Thai with the restorative and mobility benefits of yoga asana.

This is not a boxfit class at David Bannafield!!

This a blend of an ancient martial art with the transformative practice of yoga.

Held at Fordes Gym, a full time pro boxing gym. 

No previous experience or practice required.
Hand wraps highly recommended £10
Own gloves beneficial, however, there are communal gloves available to borrow.

Learn what your body is capable of when you come out of your head!

Revive Yoga

This is a practice designed for those who have a tendency to over train and under stretch! Or maybe you just feel some tightness and restriction in your body?!

Learn to use your breathe and gentle movement to allow your body to find its own stretch through this deeply restorative practice.

All you have to do is breathe, find stillness, and be willing to let go.

No previous experience or practice necessary!

Mats, bolsters and other supportive props provided for use during class - if you have a mat you are welcome to bring it along.

Take a Seat!

From 1 October 2025!

Exactly as the name suggests! Come along and take a seat as we move through a gently challenging practice supported by a chair.

This class is aimed towards those who have restrictions, issues with balance or other mobility challenges.

We flow through our seated practice, with the opportunity to incorporate some gentle standing and balance asana using supportive props.

No previous experience or practice necessary.

Chairs, mats and props provided for use during your practice.

Body Boost!

Take the cardio up to a great sound track, work the strength and conditioning with bands and light weights, before stretching it out and taking it down with some yoga!

A great way to energise and revitalise, whilst having some fun to some great tunes!

This is a semi private session, please email me to enquire.

The (not so) small print

All classes, private sessions and workshops and other events are payable in advance. 

Life happens!! Should you need to cancel or rearrange your booking, please contact me at your earliest opportunity. I'll do m best to reschedule and find an alternative class that you can attend. This is subject to providing at least 48 hours notice and the availability in the other classes.

As much as I want to be flexible, this one is pretty standard and I have learnt from others, is needed for participants to be committed. Cancellations within 24 hours of the class, private session, workshop or other event are payable in full and no refunds will be given. 


Finally, to keep the insurance happy, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit and well to practice. Please make any injuries or disabilities know to me so that I can be aware. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have consulted a medical professional where appropriate prior to commencing physical activity.
