Breathe in the Moon - 17 September 2024

My first event hosted at The Lodge Sevenoaks at Norsted Manor Farm in Knockholt Kent. The weather was as perfect as is this idyllic venue.
We sat in nature to take a breath as the sun set over the London skyline. We bathed in the energy of the full moon, indulging our bodies in a beautiful yin practice which flowed into a dreamy sound bath by Fay (Health & Fitness with Fay).

Mats, props and blankets were provided, along with complimentary refreshments and a gift bag per guest.

Fay and I will be collaborating again in 2025 to bring you more immersive and powerful experiences under the Full Moon. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Lodge.
